Product Description
These single row deep groove ball bearings provide a practical balance between compact dimensions, rotational speed and radial load capacity. Models 6200 through 6220 cover a broad range of shaft sizes and equipment requirements.
Each bearing uses a non-separable structure with deep raceways in the inner and outer rings. This geometry allows smooth ball movement and stable rotation when the bearing is correctly fitted, lubricated and aligned.
The range includes sizes from 6200 to 6220. Buyers can select the required bore diameter, sealing design, precision grade and internal clearance according to their equipment and operating conditions.
The page specifies GCr15 chrome steel for the bearing rings and balls. Proper heat treatment and surface finishing help provide the hardness and wear resistance required for rolling contact.
P0 supports many general industrial applications. P6 and P5 options may be selected where tighter dimensional and running accuracy are required. Availability should be confirmed for each model and sealing design.
The correct internal clearance depends on shaft fit, housing fit, operating temperature and rotational speed. Standard clearance may suit common applications, while C3 clearance may be required when interference fits or higher temperatures reduce operating clearance.
Steel cages are common in these bearings. Alternative cage materials and grease specifications should be confirmed for the selected model, speed and temperature range.

Application suitability must be confirmed from the actual load, speed, shaft fit, housing fit, temperature and contamination level. A standard single row bearing should not be described as a universal automotive wheel bearing.
FAQ
Yes. The standard 6200–6220 models listed on this page are single row deep groove ball bearings.
They share the same single row deep groove design but have different bore, outside diameter and width dimensions. Their load and speed capabilities also differ.
ZZ indicates metal shields on both sides. The 2RS suffix indicates rubber seals on both sides. Exact suffix conventions should match the VBA product specification.
The dimensions may be identical, but friction, lubrication and limiting speed can differ. The operating conditions must be checked before replacement.
Clearance options should be confirmed by model. C3 may suit applications where fit or operating temperature reduces internal clearance, but it is not the default choice for every machine.
Provide the bearing number, quantity, seal type, clearance, precision grade and intended application. Operating speed and temperature are also useful for technical confirmation.
